Refund policy

At MakeItSkin, your experience matters to us. If you're not happy with your SUPERBAND, we'd love the chance to talk with you first and see how we can make things right. Sometimes there's a bit of a learning curve with hydrocolloid care, and we want to help you get the best results possible, so please reach out before requesting a refund.

Trying it out
Feel free to open the box and try one sheet. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, all remaining sheets must still be individually sealed and unused — we can only accept returns where no more than one sheet has been opened or used. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orders@makeitskin.com. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and deduct $4 for shipping and handling from your refund, along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If more than one sheet has been used
If you've tried more than one sheet and it's still not working out, contact us at orders@makeitskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Since the box won't be eligible for our standard return, we'll review your situation directly and see what we can do: a discount on your next order, a different product recommendation, or a partial refund at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to complete a return or refund request first, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We'll notify you once your return or refund request has been reviewed. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days (please allow extra time for your bank to post it). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at orders@makeitskin.com.
