• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout

• Free Shipping on orders $35+

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Locations

• All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center.

• We do not currently ship internationally.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, we will ship it as soon as inventory becomes available.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or appears lost in transit, please email support@makeitskin.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will help resolve the issue quickly.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
